ALGORITHMIC TRADING & BROKER CONNECTIVITY
Signal generation, authorized order routing, and execution boundaries
1. Strategy and signal: A trading strategy written in TradingView Pine Script evaluates market data and predefined rules. Where configured, TradingView alerts communicate a signal or strategy event to the automation service.
2. Signal handling: YGD Consulting LLCās software connector receives and processes the configured signal, applies the available validation and risk controls, and routes an order instruction through an authorized API connection. The exact checks depend on the deployed configuration.
3. Broker execution: The order instruction is sent to the customerās connected Interactive Brokers account. Interactive Brokersānot the YGD connectorācontrols whether an order is accepted, rejected, partially filled, filled, cancelled, or otherwise handled under its systems, account permissions, market conditions, and policies.
4. Monitoring and records: Order status, fills, balances, and transaction records should be verified in the brokerās own platform. Alerts, API connections, internet access, market data, exchange sessions, and third-party services may fail or be delayed.
YGD Consulting LLC is presented as an algorithmic technology and connectivity provider, not as a bank, broker, or custodian. The connector does not take possession of, hold, pool, or safeguard customer cash, securities, or digital assets. Customer funds and securities remain in the account maintained with the customerās bank, broker, or other properly identified provider, subject to that providerās agreements and applicable law.
The connectorās role is to transmit configured trading instructions; it does not itself hold customer balances or guarantee execution, returns, liquidity, or withdrawal availability. Customers should deposit, withdraw, transfer funds, review balances, and manage account permissions directly through their bank or brokerās official systems.
API permissions: Customers should use only official broker authorization flows and grant the minimum permissions needed. Where supported, trading access should be separated from withdrawal or transfer permissions. Never share passwords, multifactor authentication codes, or API secrets with unauthorized parties.
BANKING & CUSTODY
Third-party banking arrangements and fund handling
YGD Consulting LLC is not a bank. Any banking services, if offered, are provided by the separately identified financial institution under that institutionās own account agreement. FDIC deposit insurance applies only to eligible deposits held at an FDIC-insured bank, subject to applicable limits and ownership rules.
Client payouts, distributions, and fund access are processed via standard U.S. banking rails and designated Visa commercial cards. Eligible members can securely route, manage, and access their earnings globally through our integrated payment interfaces and payout solutions, settled directly through authorized financial pipelines. Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers are handled through the customerās bank, broker, or other explicitly identified providerānot by the YGD algorithmic connector. Availability depends on that providerās account rules, identity checks, jurisdiction, payment rails, and network conditions. Confirm the recipient, supported network, fees, processing time, and any reversal limits in the providerās official interface before transacting.

Technology provider and order-routing role: YGD Consulting LLC provides software/algorithmic technology intended to relay configured TradingView Pine Script strategy alerts or signals through its connector/API to a customer-authorized Interactive Brokers account. The connector is not the executing broker or exchange. Interactive Brokers and the relevant market infrastructure determine order acceptance, routing, execution, fills, cancellations, margin treatment, and account records. Actual functionality depends on the implementation, account permissions, provider availability, and applicable agreements.
No custody; no withdrawal service: YGD Consulting LLC does not custody, possess, pool, or safeguard customer funds or securities. Funds and securities are held by the customerās bank, broker, or other identified provider, under that providerās account terms and applicable law. The connector is not a bank, custodian, escrow service, or payment processor, and it does not itself hold customer balances or promise to facilitate or complete withdrawals. Customers must initiate and confirm deposits, withdrawals, and transfers directly with their bank or broker through official channel.
Customer authorization and controls: Automated trading should only be enabled after the customer has authorized the strategy and broker connection. Customers remain responsible for reviewing strategy settings, position sizing, risk limits, account permissions, and open orders. API keys and credentials must be protected. The service should not be granted withdrawal permissions where the broker allows those permissions to be restricted.
Automation and execution risk: TradingView alerts, Pine Script logic, APIs, servers, connectivity, market data, broker systems, and exchanges may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or produce unexpected results. Signals may be duplicated, missed, delayed, or executed at a different price; orders can be rejected or partially filled. Stops and other risk controls may not limit losses to the intended amount. Users should monitor their broker account and not assume that a signal guarantees an order or execution.
No guarantee of returns: Trading, automated strategies, peer-to-peer transactions, and digital-asset transfers involve substantial risk, including loss of some or all funds.
